I became a Real Estate Agent because of my love and true interest in the real estate market.
My first investment was made at the age of 20 and was hooked when that investment tripled in value within a few years. With so much equity in the property I knew to find a way to use it in order to make more investments which in turn would bring more equity and profit. Without knowing the best location to make an investment or the best way to finance it, I read many books, attended seminars, and looked to other investors to gain information on the market and investment techniques.
Many investors have different outlooks on the market, techniques in investing, and thoughts about location, so I traveled along the East Coast from Delaware to Florida stopping in many cities to learn want investors in that area had to say. After gathering a multitude of information, I put it all together and came up with the best solution, bought more properties, and turned them into rentals.
I enjoyed the process and found myself discussing real estate with anyone that would listen. I decided to become a Real Estate Agent and now want to share my experience with you and help find your first home, find an investment property, or sell your home.
